That there is a Hydra Glide Adjustable Fork adjustment lock. I bought a pair after searching high and low online, for $42!!!!!. When they arrived I found that they were not the right size. I also realized that I got ripped off. $42 for 10¢ worth of steel. So last night i made one of my own. and although it's not as pretty as the $21 version behind it there, it fits perfectly and will do exactly what it's meant to. One more to go. That one took me a couple hours, but I'm a shit fabricator, sooo...
