I'd like to tell you we did more than just shoot guns all day, but.... Had our now annual day-at-the-lake winter welcome this Saturday with DuKeeps. Did a little quading through the snow, played a little ping-pong and pool at his folks place, and did a little hot tubin, but mostly we used this truck load of guns to entertain ourselves...in one way or another...
fukkin wish i had been there. Du Keepz looks incredibly sober. instead i spent most of my weekend rubbing my wood. k not as much fun as it sounds. even tho there was several hundred square foot of it. completed two of the steps of a three part process putting stain and a finish on that wainscoting i put up a year ago. trying to colour match fresh spruce to old varnished fur. custom finsh? creating period correct look? as much fun as that sounds......
f'any body is in the market home despot has husky brand 6 gal 130psi air compressor that comes with small and medium nailerz for 150bux. its also non-oil so maybe it'll work alright in a cold environment, like if i every get my shop together and my bike to the point where i work on things that don't require Sr.'s mad skillz. the small nailer is actually better than the one i got from princess auto, and then gave to ninja 'cause i kept his air compressor all last winter. sorry dude. i would maybe regard that one as a stapler and get a nailer if you want to do trim and stuff. way less gougey in your wood.
