It wasn't so much pulling up the mountain passes as it was an unintensional reduction in speed, but on most of the big hills 4th gear would hold 80 or 90kph so overall it was pretty decent considering that the boler is 'slightly' overweight for the little 4 banger that could. And no it was my cousin's wedding that we ended up at not ours!
We went to Kaninaskis country. Stayed at Lower Kaninaskis lake and the pic of the mountains is from a bowl that is above the highest paved road in Canada. The pavement runs through the pass at 7200' the picture is taken at around 7700'. Was a pretty cool walk above the treeline.
