Lentils?!?

First go at the CB500 rod didn't go as I had hoped. Wheat & Lentils in the cylinders??? Guess the little mouse arms weren't long enough to get them back out. Head and valves were an even worse nightmare. If it was easy everyone would be doing it, right?

  2. Ya, wheat actually, they stacked it into the air intake and then we unwittingly sucked it right throught the carbs into the chamber of business. Again and again and again. for a couple hours. Of course still no action. We started pulling it apart and made the discovery. We took parts off until we could see the cyliders, shook out what we could and left the rest to exit in the natural state....
As burn carbon out the exhaust!!! Whoo hoo!! VROOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!!

  4. Nightmare head & valve (not talking about that one time in the backseat of the...I mean... never mind) Previous putz who owned it rode it from Winnipeg to Stoon (or until it wouldn't run anymore) with a clogged up air filter so as you could barely make out the valves for all carbon buildup. Looking at a few hundred $$$ to get it apart and cleaned up. Can buy an engine that runs for that. You'll see more of what I speak in the far left "chamber of business".
