be a square

This post is for Uncle Pete and Cousin Mike. Found this one and thought how I can't wait to see the 4square and the beeza on the road. I'm calling for a summer of vintage motorcycle riding. Joel? You listening? Let's make that old iron hot again.

V1000

I love these Gooses. Sastard Sr. Had one on the Waskesiu trip last summer and it's a living history of performance parts. Brembo, Dell'Orto's, but his pic from Bubble Visor shows one with a feature not seen on Sr's. Check out the engine guard. Nice. Clean. Effective?

V1000 G5 Goose

So Billy's Pa pulled a battery from the farm's rider mower, dusted of the funny mounted V-twin, and rode the Goose on our recent trip to Wasky. So I thought I'd do a post dedicated to the beautiful Italian Bird.

Brembo brakes. Guzzi was quality in '79.

'
Shaft drive, dual disc brembo brakes, a starter that looked like it came outta my chevy and a sound that is purely classic Italy.
