Got the Sissy for Pommie nearly finished and mounted up. LoOkIN GoOd.



...-re-tacked the seat posts I made in place to better suit the final fender position.

Now onto the tank mounts and exhaust system.

Get bent

Bending metal with heat is for suckers.

That's gonna be addictive

Well I think I found my winter pass-time.

TGRS fabrications

Busted out my first set of bars from the TGRS tonight. Pretty stoked on how they turned out. Billy, your Z's are next.

Makin' bitz

Busted out a bunch of chunks of metal tonight. Doesn't look like much, but this is what ultimately will hold the bike bits together. More to go yet, but got a few tricky ones sorted.




Tank mounting tab that needed to be rounded to fit the tank tunnel and the spine of the bike.




This set-up I was particularly proud of. Monkeys make tools...

This is an under-the-fender bracket that will be welded to the sissy bar.

Size Does MAtter

Started fabricating some bits and bobs for the 650 today. Started by making a proper sized sissy. This ones about 24" from the fender about 36" all up.

Also started a headlight bracket. Many other brackets and mounting tabs to go, but it's a start.
