"Carefully pry out oil seal, using folded rag to protect outer tube." Sounds simple, eh?

  2. Graeme Rutherford writes me and says: "Use a small propane torch and slowly bring the end of the tube up to a nice warm temp, just hot enough so you can grab it but not hold on too long. with a seal puller or a screw driver, carefully pry up from the inside, moving the screwdriver a little at a time to keep it coming out evenly. WAD UP A RAG and place it on the edge of the tube so that your not prying against the metal, scoring or cracking it. I've done this many times, works like a charm. Ride safe buddy! "
